Abstract

This article defines plagiarism and the strategies for avoiding it in academic writing. We must learn skills to avoid plagiarism. This article describes different types of plagiarism and advises on preventing them. In modern Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, nothing can be hidden if they are posted on the website. So, one should be careful while using others' ideas and language. Though modern knowledge is interdisciplinary, we must be sincere while using others' ideas—the best way to be safe from the allegation of plagiarism is to acknowledge them in any way. When we give credit to them, we become intellectually sincere. It is necessary to learn how we happen to commit plagiarism knowingly or unknowingly. Only then, can we seek solutions or strategies for avoiding them. By using the interdisciplinary approach, this article explores the different avenues to reach a safe destination untainted by the ink of plagiarism.
